Jon Langford - Director, Process and Utilities 

Jon has over 30 years’ experience in design, construction and maintenance of complex processes, fluid transfer systems and supporting utilities.  He started Altrum Pty Ltd in 2002, providing process engineering, chemical manufacturing and storage, and heat transfer solutions across Australia.  Between 2010 and 2015, Jon worked outside of Altrum in project development, process plant maintenance and utility asset management fields.  He recommenced work with Altrum at the end of 2015, now trading as Engineered Efficiency, ​integrating this recent experience with the innovative process solutions he provided in the early days of Altrum.

Adrian Avery - Projects Director 

He has over 25 years experience in process plant maintenance, upgrades,  projects and commissioning.  Adrian’s experience encompasses both on and off-shore works in a diverse range of industries including dairies, toxic waste destruction facilities, uranium mines / processing plants, oil & gas installations and sulphuric acid plants.  His work has taken him across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, New Caledonia & the Philippines.  He enjoys helping clients to make a positive difference.
